COLLINS, Mike, ( son of Michael Allen Collins ), a Representative from Georgia; born in Jackson, Butts County, Ga., July 2, 1967; graduated from Piedmont Academy, Monticello, Ga., 1985; B.B.A., Georgia State University, Atlanta, Ga., 1990; business owner; trucking company executive; unsuccessful candidate for nomination to the One Hundred Fourteenth Congress in 2014; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Eighteenth and to the succeeding Congress (January 3, 2023-present).
