FLEISCHMANN, Chuck, a Representative from Tennessee; born in Manhattan, New York County, N.Y., October 11, 1962; graduated from Elk Grove High School, Elk Grove, Ill., 1980; B.A., University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Ill., 1983; J.D., University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tenn., 1986; lawyer, private practice; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Twelfth and to the seven succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2011-present).
