MCGUIRE, John J., III, a Representative from Virginia; born in Richmond, Henrico County, Va., August 24, 1968; graduated from Henrico High School, Henrico, Va., 1988; attended Okaloosa Walton Community College, Niceville, Fla.; United States Navy, 1988-1998; business owner; member of the Virginia state house of delegates, 2018-2024; member of the Virginia state senate, 2024; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress (January 3, 2025-present).
