OBERNOLTE, Jay, a Representative from California; born in Chicago, Cook County, Ill., August 18, 1970; graduated from Edison High School, Fresno, Calif., 1988; B.S., California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, Calif., 1992; M.S., University of California, Los Angeles, Calif., 1997; D.P.A., California Baptist University, Riverside, Calif., 2020; entrepreneur; pilot; member of the Big Bear, Calif., airport board of directors, 2005-2010; member of the Big Bear, Calif., city council, 2010-2014; Mayor of Big Bear, Calif., 2012-2014; member of the California state assembly, 2014-2020; Delegate, Republican National Convention, 2016; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Seventeenth and to the two succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2021-present).
