PETTERSEN, Brittany, a Representative from Colorado; born in Colorado, December 6, 1981; graduated from Chatfield Senior High School, Ken Caryl, Colo., 2000; B.A., Metropolitan State University of Denver, Denver, Colo., 2006; nonprofit executive; member of the Colorado state house of representatives, 2013-2018, majority whip; member of the Colorado state senate, 2019-2022; elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Eighteenth and to the succeeding Congress (January 3, 2023-present).
